These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Media Inspector application ("the App"), developed and operated by Swift Fox Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not:

In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-transferable and apply to your Apple ID.

Refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to Apple, as we do not process payments directly. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements; RevenueCat processes only anonymous transaction data and does not collect personal information.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the property of Swift Fox Software LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

You are solely responsible for the files and metadata you modify using the App. We recommend keeping backups of your original files before making changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swift Fox Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to files.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
